Loved the Dufftown Fields (12yo + amontilado sherry, cloudy apple juice, lemon juice, syrup) and Tea & Biscuit (15 yo, clarified milk black tea + clove raisin + cinnamon + lemon juice). What magical flavours!
Fiddich Spritz (15 yo, apple juice, prosecco) was an easy-going dangerous one. The Lemon Shrub Higball with the 12 yo is not your ordinary highball with his homemade Shrub of lemon peels, syrup and vinegar.
